They know they can be bigger, better and more influential, they want more impact for less effort, and they are not willing to wait for someone else to fund their development.
Some clients ask their organisations to pay for their coaching, or negotiate a fee-sharing model (eg half-and-half).
Clients include people who work in banking, healthcare, marketing, publishing, pharmaceuticals, technology, human resources, internal communication, arts and media, and finance. They work in large and small organisations, including start-ups. They are generally mid or senior-level, usually (but not always) leaders of teams.
