It starts with you

I’m guessing you’re here because you’re not entirely happy with how your life is going.

It might be a small niggle, or a sense of profound dissatisfaction. It might be a sense of unfulfilled potential, or deep longing for something more.

You have a good career and are earning decent money. You’re well-regarded. You’re a trusted pair of hands. Your team delivers great results.

But somehow you don’t seem to get the really high profile strategic projects. You don’t get the big promotions, and you suspect you might be paid less than some of your male peers.

You’re stressed, over-worked, exhausted, and don’t know how to change things.

You’re stuck in a difficult relationship with your boss, and can’t seem to turn it around. You don’t know why, or how to change the pattern of interaction so that something different happens.

You doubt yourself and lack confidence or self-esteem, although it doesn’t necessarily show.

You don’t seem to have much power or influence, despite your talents, and you don’t know why.

You say the right things, sometimes pretty assertively, but somehow your physical presence contradicts your words and you’re unable to convince or engage others.

You work incredibly hard but don’t feel it gets acknowledged.

You work in a male-dominated environment, and want to operate more effectively within it.

You’re juggling work, children, colleagues, a partner, friends and family and feel you don’t do any of it properly. You feel guilty, inadequate and worried about burnout.

It might not be possible to have it all but surely it should be better than this?

I’m much more aware of myself, how I come across, how I engage and respond.  It’s been eye-opening.  I’m more prepared for difficult situations, aware of how I react and how I can self-regulate.

My voice is powerful and I have value. I’ve learnt I can shape conversations for maximum impact. My confidence and self-belief is much stronger now.

Invest in yourself

How much is a promotion worth? A pay rise? Self-esteem and confidence that comes from your inner sense of self rather than other people’s judgements? Better balance between work and home? Better relationship with your boss, peers or partner?

Coaching can help you with all these. You can quantify the value of a payrise or promotion. But a happy fulfilled life?

What you learn, how you change and grow, finding your inner power and confidence, can never be taken away from you.

Priceless.

What you get

Personal power and confidence that comes through your body as well as your words.

A believable, compelling presence. People want to be with you, to work with and for you.

Clarity about what you care about, so you can focus your energy on what really matters.

The ability to say no without wrecking relationships.

Better balance across all areas of your life.

Strong, trusting relationships that enable you to achieve mutually satisfying outcomes together.

Satisfaction and fulfilment.

The life you want to be living

The biggest change has been finding my voice and my authority, especially when people challenge me.

It’s time to get some help

I think I’m a warm, friendly person with a good sense of humour and the ability to really listen to what you have to say. Clients tell me I help untangle the mess in their heads, clarify what’s really going on in their lives and help them move step-by-step towards what they want to change. I want you to be more successful, fulfilled and happy. I want you to be more confident, powerful and influential, making a difference for yourself and for others. That’s why I do what I do. If you have the slightest hope that I can help you, go ahead and book that call.

I can absolutely vouch for Kate’s ability to work confidently across the boundaries between professional and personal life, and the value that she delivers in doing so. The reality of my situation was such that without her attending to the personal challenges I was experiencing, we couldn’t have begun to make progress on the professional agenda, which was our formal brief. I’m forever grateful that she helped me to navigate that time so successfully.
